Booking Terms and Conditions

§1 Who we are

  1. These terms govern the purchase of tickets for GENESIS (the "Show") on this website (the "Website").
  2. The seller and organiser of the Show is [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], entered in [REGISTER: KRS no. … / CEIDG], NIP (tax ID) [NIP], REGON [REGON] (the "Organiser").

  4. The Show takes place at Royal Chopin Hall, Bernardyńska 2, 31-069 Kraków, Poland (the "Venue").

§2 Scope

  1. These terms apply to tickets bought on the Website. Tickets bought from other sellers (for example GetYourGuide or other ticket platforms) are governed by that seller's terms, and refunds for them are handled by that seller.
  2. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the Refund Policy, which forms part of them.
  3. If you are a consumer, or a sole trader buying for purposes not related to your professional activity, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

§3 Using the Website

  1. The Website lets you view information about the Show, choose a date, time and sector, and buy tickets. Browsing is free of charge. The agreement for these electronic services starts when you begin using the Website and ends when you leave it.
  2. You need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active email address.
  3. You must not provide unlawful content or use the Website in a way that disrupts its operation.
  4. Complaints about how the Website works can be submitted as described in §10.

§4 Booking and the contract

  1. To book, you select a date, time, sector and number of tickets, enter your details, accept these terms and pay.
  2. The final button before payment states clearly that the order involves an obligation to pay.
  3. The contract is concluded when we send you a booking confirmation by email. The confirmation contains your e-ticket(s), the booking details and links to these terms and the Refund Policy.
  4. Please check that your email address is correct. If you do not receive the confirmation within [2 hours], contact us.
  5. [Seats are allocated within the chosen sector; a specific seat is not guaranteed unless stated.]

§5 Prices and payment

  1. Prices are shown in the currency used on the selected language version of the website and include VAT. There are no booking fees unless they are shown before payment.
  2. Payment is made online through the payment provider shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.
  3. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.

§6 Statutory right of withdrawal

  1. Under Article 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (implementing Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts does not apply to services related to leisure or cultural events where the contract specifies a date or period of performance. Tickets for the Show are for a specific date and time, so the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
  2. Independently of this, we offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the show, as described in the Refund Policy.

§7 Cancellation by you

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

§8 Cancellation or changes by the Organiser

  1. If the Organiser cancels a performance, you can choose a full refund or a free rebooking to another date, subject to availability. Refunds are made within 14 days of the cancellation, to the original payment method.
  2. If a performance is moved to another date or time, you can accept the new date or receive a full refund.
  3. Minor changes that do not affect the essential nature of the Show (for example a change in running time of up to [5] minutes) do not entitle you to a refund.

§9 Entry to the Show

  1. Show your e-ticket (on your phone or printed) at the entrance. Each ticket admits one person.
  2. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start. Latecomers may be admitted only at a suitable moment or may not be admitted; this does not entitle you to a refund.
  3. Staff may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone who is visibly intoxicated, behaves in a way that endangers or disturbs others, or does not follow staff instructions or the Venue's rules. In such cases no refund is due.
  4. Photosensitivity warning: the Show uses moving light and projections that may affect people with photosensitive epilepsy. If you are unsure, please consult a doctor before booking.
  5. [Children under [AGE] must be accompanied by an adult.]
  6. [Photography and video recording during the Show are not permitted.]
  7. If you need accessibility assistance, please contact us before your visit.

§10 Complaints

  1. You can submit a complaint by email to [EMAIL] or by post to the address in §1.
  2. Please include your name, booking number, a description of the problem and what you would like us to do.
  3. We will reply within 14 days of receiving your complaint.

§11 Out-of-court dispute resolution

If you are a consumer, you can use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, for example by contacting a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (Miejski or Powiatowy Rzecznik Konsumentów) or the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej) in Kraków. Participation is voluntary for both parties. More information: www.uokik.gov.pl.

§12 Personal data

We process your personal data to handle your booking, as described in our Privacy Policy.

§13 Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where this is not permitted by law.

§14 Governing law

  1. These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of that country.
  2. Disputes will be resolved by the competent common court under general rules.

§15 Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for important reasons, such as changes in the law. Changes do not affect bookings made before they take effect; the version in force when you placed your order applies.
